Albanian government breaks EU rules on energy market liberalization

Energy Secretariat in Vienna (ECS) opened dispute settlement proceedings against Albania for non-compliance with the Treaty for the creation of the Energy Community, a letter sent to the Government of Albania in 7 October shows.
