True, the global crisis has affected Albania, and some jobs have gone and some small businesses have disappeared. However, the job section of the Celesi paper is still running across about 9 x A3 pages, with jobs in Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Travel Agency, Call Centres, Hairdressing and Bars and Restaurants. And with the busiest tourism season ever in Albania this year, job losses in this area seem to be minimal. Still the government could do more to encourage employment with "traineeship programs" and more support for small business.
