At a time when all world wants to reduce global warming ,the albanian government approves to be stained with a plan of energetic plant (bio). If the italin Enel wants to produce energy in Albania must use high tecnology ,like solar panels .Albania has many days of the year with full sunshine .Is coal better than solar energy ? As far as I see Mr Genc Ruli it is not very much concerned about the deforestacion in Albania. Where does he live ? Is coal use for energy in Albania’s good inetrests?
