Government of Kosova approves state budged 2009
Economy, General News, Kosovo Wednesday, November 5th, 2008Tirana, Nov. 5, 2008 (AENews) – Government of Kosova submitted its first draft of the 2009 state budged to parliament for final approval. The first state budged designed after the Unilateral Declaration of Independence, predicts expenditures at Euro 1.43 billion, increased by 15% compared to this year.
According to Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, the next year budged aim to concentrate spending in rising public wages while decreasing operating expenditures of central institutions.
The new budged had assigned Euro 200 million to a special fund aimed to be used to stabilize public finances. Kosova still suffer from lack of domestic borrowing mechanism.
