Tirana, 12 November 2007 – Director of the Albanian Power Corporation (KESH) Gjergj Bojaxhi said at a conference yesterday that the KESH was in serious financial difficulties and presented three ways to overcome them: getting loans from the banks; an emergency fund from the state budget or increasing power cuts. Bojaxhi argued against the first and the third alternative and said that the preferable option would be getting money from the state budget with the condition that it be used for concrete investments.
