The Banker awards NCB with Bank of the Year award
Tirana, 1 Dec. 2006 (AEnews) – National Commercial Bank (NCB) or better known as BKT received recently the Bank of the Year award by the prestigious magazine The Banker.
After the evaluation by an international team, NCB was declared winner of the Bank of the Year award among Albania’s 17 second-tier banks. The result represents an evaluation of quantity indicators like regulatory capital, total assets, net profit, return on capital, as well as quality indicators that regard the development strategy and instruments used in order to be competitive in the local market.
The Bank of the Year ceremony was held in London on 30 November 06 where the bank representatives received the award.
