New Albanian Government Starts Work

Tirana, September 11 (AENews) – New right wing government started work today (Sunday), after having won 84 votes out of 140 in the Albanian parliament last night.

This is the new Albanian cabinet:

Sali Berisha – Prime Minister.
Ilir Rusmali – Deputy Prime Minister
Besnik Mustafaj – Foreign Affairs
Arenca Trashani – EU Integration
Sokol Olldashi – Internal Affairs, (ex-Public Order)
Fatmir Mediu – Ministry of Defense
Ridvan Bode – Minister of Finance
Genc Ruli – Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy
Aldo Bumçi – Minister of Justice
Lulzim Basha – Minister of Public Works, Transportation and Telecommunications
Genc Pollo – Minister of Education and Science
Maksim Cikuli – Minister of Public Health
Koço Barka – Minister of Welfare
Jemin Gjana – Minister of Agriculture and Food securities
Bujar Leskaj – Minister of Tourism, Culture, Young’s and Sports
Lufter Xhuveli – Minister of Environment, Forests and Water Management
