ProCredit Bank Albania organized a selection process for 336 Graduates
Tirana, Aug. 29 (AENews) – Competitions organized during August at the Economics Faculty in the University of Tirana where 336 persons participated, were not competitions to enter Universities but a competition organized by ProCredit Bank for recruiting new trainees.
The candidates had applied for different positions at ProCredit Bank such as: Client Advisor, Cashier, Back Officer and Loan Officers.
The high demand for the open positions for the 6 months Traineeship programme demonstrates the attractivness as employer of ProCredit Bank in Albania.
The employment procedure at ProCredit Bank starts with selecting the requests delivered by the applicants. All applicants are invited by the Human Resources Department because there a no specific work experience required by the applicants.
The second phase is the written test. The test has been prepared by the management of the bank and includes general questions, math exercises and short financial analysis.
All candidates that passed at least 50% of available points, are considered winners of the second phase.
During the third phase, the selected candidates will undergo a group interview and later an individual interview in order to see how they interact in teams, their analyzing skills in different situations, as well as their personality. All winners of this third phase become part of the Trainee programme of ProCredit Bank and they sign a Trainee contract with the bank. During a period of 6 months, the winners undergo a theoretical and practical training.
The ProCredit Bank is actually employing 430 employees in 16 branches, in Tirana and in 12 other main towns. The employment of new staff is a continuous process, in order to fill in the need for staff in new branches, expansion of existing branches and departments in HO. Until the end of the year, the number of employees is expected to reach 500.
