16:00 PM – The Central Elections Commission declared that up till 14:00 PM voter participation was estimated at around 32%, meanwhile the opposition claimed voter participation exceeded 40% since noon hour.

Tirana, July 3 at 15:09 (AENews) – In an attempt to halt the wave of victory self-declarations the President of the Albanian Republic Alfred Moisiu asked all political parties to abide by the Elections and Ethical Code, by not declaring any preliminary election results.
